Getting to “Aha!” - Using Goals and Values Mindmaps for Powerful Results
Identifying, prioritizing, and achieving goals both in work and life can be an overwhelming process for many clients.
Through using mindmaps that look at both personal and business goals as well as overall values, the reasons behind why goals are not being met literally appear along with the solutions to overcome and move forward.
Through experiencing Sherre’s mindmapping process, coaches will gain insight and tools to know:
- Why the reasons behind the goals and one’s values are so important
- The difference between reaching a goal and its ultimate outcome
- The difference between having a value and its ultimate benefit
- How goals in conflict can become leveraged for success
- How values in conflict impact goals being reached
